Judicial Weighted Workload (JWWL)

The JWWL Model document provides detailed information regarding the weights by case category for each judicial circuit. It also includes the adjustments made for the proportion of circuit civil and circuit felony cases with jury and bench trial dispositions for each circuit. The circuits are listed in order numerically across the page. You may need to scroll down in the document to find a specific circuit.

The Ratios of Dispositions document provides detailed information concerning the proportion of circuit civil and circuit felony cases with jury and bench trial dispositions by circuit. These are the proportions used to adjust weight for these types of cases in the JWWL model.
The JWWL Adjustments document provides detailed information about the number of criminal case adjustments made to filings by county and case type. These are the same data used in the Clerical Weighted Workload (CWWL) model.
The Treatment Court Data document provides information concerning the procedures used to determine the count of treatment court cases in the JWWL model. This is the same data used in the CWWL model.
