Cognos Reports
"Cases with Motion or Order to Correct Redaction" is available under the JIS REPORTS > CIRCUIT COURTS ALL DIVISIONS > MANAGEMENT
folder. The report looks for docket entries of MOTCR (Motion to Correct Redaction) or OOTCR (Order to Correct Redaction) to assist with COR 2 case processing. The report should be used to identify cases that have a request to review the security level of document(s) that may have been insufficiently redacted.September 19, 2024

Creating Custom Signature Stamps
Signature stamps are considered custom stamps. Attached are instructions for setting up your custom signature stamps and creating a new "Category" for the signature stamp(s). Custom stamps cannot be saved in the "Court Stamps" category in Adobe Acrobat Pro where the 10 standardized stamps are located. If you've never had a signature stamp, please email the OSCA Help Desk to request a new signature image file be created.

Schedule for Remote Availability of Public Case Documents
The
Missouri Court Automation Committee – the statutory committee
overseeing the state’s case management system – set the implementation
schedule to help balance the expansion of remote public access to
Case.net with
the anticipated resulting demand on the judiciary’s information
technology systems. As a reminder, although public case documents will
not become
remotely available to the public for each location until the date on the schedule, expanded access will work retroactively to public case documents
filed on or after July 1. Documents filed before that date will continue
to be available at the public access terminals in every state
courthouse.
