Current Bail Bond (BB) Agents – General Bail Bond Agents (GB) – General Bail Bond Corporation (GC) License Holders
The following general bail bond licenses were surrendered. If
your court has outstanding bond forfeitures or judgments against any of these individuals or corporations, please notify

- The general bail bond agent license of Jan Bean of Rogersville, Missouri, was surrendered. If no forfeiture or judgment exists, his assets will be released on or about October 29, 2025.
- The general bail bond agent license of Stephen Michael Thornton of Marshfield, Missouri, was surrendered. If no forfeiture or judgment exists, his assets will be released on or about July 8, 2025.
- The general bail bond agent license of Seth Joseph Kliethermes of Rolla, Missouri, was surrendered. If no forfeiture or judgment exists, his assets will be released on or about June 30, 2025.

These are the usual bail bond lists, with one exception. The list of all bail bond agents has surety recovery agents added as well. The difference in their license may be noted with a "SR" at the beginning of their license number. Just to clarify, although surety recovery agents are on this list, unless their license starts with a "BB" or a "GB," they may not do bail bond work, only surety recovery work.
A general bail bond agent may appear on the licensed list; however, may not be qualified. The term QUALIFIED is used to describe a general bail bond agent without an unsatisfied judgment.
