05. Forms Q&A

1. When will the new forms be available? Confidential Redacted Information Filing Sheet (CRIFS), Motion to Correct Redaction; Order to Correct Redaction?
Those forms have all been approved by the State Judicial Records Committee and the CRIFS and Motion to Correct are available on the judicial website and available on the Court Information Center (CIC).

2. Ex parte document generation - Will there be options for the clerk to check the appropriate boxes prior to document generation? Having this option available may prevent the clerks from having to manually redact every ex parte that is generated.
This functionality is being analyzed by OSCA IT for Show-Me Courts Document Generation. Because it’s still in the analysis phase, clerks will have to fill out the appropriate check boxes for both the redacted and unredacted copies of the orders for the time being.

3. Does Judgments in Ex partes need to be redacted?
We may need to make changes to the judgment in light of Senate Bill 103.

4. Will all the forms that we submit to Department of Revenue (DOR) for instance compliance forms or revision forms be updated as well?
Yes, the lieu of bail and fact form, as long as created in document generation in Show-Me Courts, will have the redactions on them.
