A complete record of all testimony must be kept by stenographic reporting or by mechanical or electronic device or some combination thereof. Exhibits and other tangible evidence shall be preserved by the party offering the same unless otherwise directed by the court. Supreme Court Rule 116.01. See also Section 211.171.5, RSMo.
