Garnishments
11:15 a.m. - noon | November 5
This session provides an in-depth overview of the garnishment and execution process within the court system. Participants will learn how to create, maintain, and manage garnishments from start to finish, including reissuing or deleting existing garnishments when necessary. The class will cover how to process Statements of Judgment Balance, receipt garnishment payments, and create payables in the accounting system. By the end of the session, participants will have the knowledge and confidence to efficiently manage all aspects of garnishment and execution procedures.

eWarrants

Participants will learn the process of creating a warrant that authorizes users to search for and electronically retrieve warrant information, warrant documents and related documents when they are ready for service.

Probate Milestones
1:15 - 2:45 p.m. | November 5
This session will discuss in depth how probate milestones work from the initial milestone schedules to deleting milestones, adding milestones, inserting milestones and more in Show-Me Courts. Presenters will show you how and what to look for so that you gain the most from using your milestones tracks as well as what's new and coming soon!

The Ins and Outs of MACSS
1:15 - 2:45 p.m. | November 5
Take a brisk walk through the history of the child support program and see some of what MACSS can do!  Refresh your skills on a few key topics in MACSS like case opening/screening, buckets, IV-D vs. N-IV-D in enforcement remedies, and some basic financial information. Get some helpful handouts and resources, including a list of website references and contacts for situations that arise frequently.

Register through TRACKS by 5 p.m. Tuesday, November 4. Once registered, the webinar will appear in the "My Training" section of TRACKS.
