Use the Municipal Division
Management Portal for the following:

|
|
|
|
1. Report caseload information by the 15th of each month per Court Operating Rule 4
- For monthly caseload reports, vendor provided caseload information should be entered manually into the portal. Courts that use the Judicial Information System or Show-Me
Courts case management systems do not have to report monthly caseload
information to OSCA. OSCA will continue to pull monthly caseload information for these courts.
2. Municipal security points of contact or presiding judges can update municipal division court information
- Examples include updating a court's telephone number, address, court held hours, etc., as well as when a court decides to transfer to the associate division, contract with another municipal division, or dissolve. Or when a division is newly established.
3. Report compliance with the minimum operating standards each year by September 1, per Supreme Court order
4. Add a new municipal division court

NOTE: Municipal
users who have an active network username and password may access both
CIC and the Municipal Division Management Portal without being on the
virtual desktop. This may be beneficial if trying to attach documents within the portal. Remember, passwords expire every 90 days, so at that time, users
will have to update their password by logging in to the virtual desktop with their RSA Token
