RULE 310 NOTICE BY APPELLANT TO CLERK OF COURT

Notification of any action, ruling or event which occurs subsequent to the filing of the Notice of Appeal and which affects the pending appeal shall be given to the clerk of this court by the party having knowledge of the event or the attorney of record. Examples include the death of a party, the filing of bankruptcy by a party, problems in producing the record on a timely basis, or a change in the bail bond status of a criminal defendant, including any change of address of the defendant or the surety, or a change of surety. Notice shall be filed with the clerk of this court within five days of any such action, ruling or event.
