The court reporter shall deliver to appellant at least one paper copy of the transcript prepared in page reduction format which shall consist of four pages of transcript on each side of each sheet of paper. The court reporter shall also include a CD-R or DVD-R containing the transcript. Each CD-R or DVD-R shall be legibly identified with the caption of the case and its number (“Disk 1 of 2,” etc.). Alternatively, a copy may be provided by electronic mail message with an attachment. The electronic version of the transcript shall be prepared one page per sheet in “portable document format” or “PDF” as defined in Court Operating Rule 27.02(c). This provision shall also apply to any supplemental transcript requested under Rule 81.12(e)and (f).
