The record on appeal shall be filed within thirty days after the notice of appeal is filed in the circuit court.

The appellant’s brief shall be filed within thirty days of the filing of the record on appeal; respondent’s brief shall be filed within thirty days of the filing of the appellant’s brief; appellant’s reply brief shall be filed within ten days of the filing of the respondent’s brief.
