RULE
361. BRIEFS ON DISK
If a brief is prepared as required by Rule 84.06(a), in addition to filing briefs with the clerk of this court as required by Rule 84.05(a), a floppy disk, CD-R, or DVD-R containing the brief shall be filed and served as set out in Rule 84.06(g). The floppy disk, CD-R, or DVD-R shall comply with the requirements of Rule 84.06(g) governing size, labeling, and virus scanning. The documents shall be formatted in "portable document format" or "PDF." A CD-R or DVD-R may also contain the information set forth in Rule 103.04(c).
