Any attorney listed on the notice of appeal as representing a party shall be considered an attorney for that party unless the attorney promptly notifies the court otherwise. Any attorney who is not listed on the notice of appeal should file an entry of appearance with this court at the time of or before the filing of any document on behalf of a party.(Adopted eff.
