12.01 | Members of the Commission

The Commission on Retirement, Removal and Discipline created by Article V, Section 24 of the Constitution of Missouri, in this Rule 12 called the Commission, shall be composed of two citizens who are not members of The Missouri Bar, two lawyers, one judge of the court of appeals and one judge of a circuit court, each of whom shall be a citizen of this state.
