12.13 | Disposition of Record of Investigation Where There is No Recommendation.

If no formal proceeding is instituted or if no recommendation is made by the Commission after a formal proceeding, the Commission shall seal the record thereof and deposit the same with the clerk of this Court. The record may be inspected only by order of this Court. Records deposited with the clerk for at least ten years may be destroyed unless objected to by the commission.
