149.01 | Small Claims Court - Barring Use Thereof - When
If the court finds that the small claims proceedings are being used by a party for purposes of oppression or harassment, it may issue an order in writing denying the party use of small claims proceedings for up to one year. A copy of each such order shall be transmitted forthwith to the office of state courts administrator for dissemination to all small claims divisions.
