12.18 | Hearings – Dates – Rules
The hearing shall be upon the date fixed in the notice or at such later date to which the same shall be adjourned or continued by the Commission.
All hearings shall be in accordance with the rules of this Court and the rules of evidence. Reasonable opportunity shall be afforded the respondent to subpoena witnesses, present evidence and to be heard in person and by counsel.
