30.11 | Number of Copies to be Filed in this Court

(a) An original and seven copies of petitions, motions, applications, and suggestions relating thereto shall be filed in this Court in the following proceedings:

(1) Original writs except habeas corpus;

(2) Applications for transfer;

(3) Motions for rehearing.

(b) Except as otherwise expressly provided by law or by these Rules, only the original record on appeal, application, petition, motions, suggestions, stipulations, or other papers need be filed.

Paragraph (a) is substantially the same as Rule 84.25(a), (b) and (c).

Paragraph (b) is substantially the same as Rule 84.25(d).
