Court Operating Rule (COR) 29 | Juvenile Officer Practice of Law

COR 029.01 | Limitations on Practice of Law

Those juvenile officers and their staff who are not licensed to practice law in this state shall not engage in the practice of law.

COMMENT

The juvenile officer and his or her staff, when presenting argument, reports, or other evidence in any court hearing required by law, where the juvenile officer is a party, shall be licensed to practice law or represented by an attorney licensed to practice law in Missouri.
