12.12 | Respondent to be Furnished Transcript of Investigation – When

If a formal proceeding is instituted, respondent shall be furnished by the Commission, upon his request, with a transcript of any oral evidence taken and any documentary evidence, including correspondence, acquired by it during the course of the investigation; provided, however, that the identity of any informant shall not be divulged, except upon the order of this Court.
