10.26 | Vacancies
When it is known that a vacancy will occur at a definite future
date, the commission may, within 60 days of said date, make its
nominations and submit to the governor the names of the persons
nominated before the occurrence of the vacancy.
The purpose of this rule is to facilitate the administration of justice by preventing delay in filling court vacancies.
