6.11 | Annual Report and Audit
The accounts of The Missouri Bar, the advisory committee, and all Missouri Bar affiliated entities created by The Missouri Bar or by rule shall be audited annually by an auditor selected by this Court, the cost thereof to be paid from the respective accounts. The Missouri Bar, the advisory committee, and all Missouri Bar affiliated entities shall publish an annual report prepared by the treasurer thereof, which report, with the certificate of the auditor shall be published in the Journal of The Missouri Bar or distributed to the membership.(Former Rule 6.08.
