7.12 | Meetings
The Missouri Bar shall have one regular annual meeting after September 1 and before October 16 at a time and place to be fixed by the Board of Governors. Each of the districts described in Rule 7.03 may in the discretion of the Board of Governors, and either alone or jointly with other districts, have one or more district meetings annually, the time and place to be fixed by the Board of Governors upon the recommendation of the members of the Board of Governors elected from each particular district.
