87.01 | Courts May Grant Declaratory Judgments

No action or proceeding is open to objection on the ground that a declaratory judgment or decree is prayed for.

Note: This rule is the same as the second sentence of Section 527.010, RSMo 1959, except for the addition of a preliminary clause. There is no question concerning the court's power in this field, since the statutes are followed.
