Section 17 | Mental Health Services
Essential Elements
17.1. The facility shall have written policies and procedures related to the provision and coordination of mental health services for residents within the facility.
17.2 There shall be procedures to assure that mental health care screenings and/or services provided are properly documented and recorded in a mental health file for each juvenile.
