10.08 | Judicial Commission – Election of Members
Elections for elective members of The Appellate Judicial Commission
shall be held in the office of the clerk of the court of appeals for the
district from which an elective member is to be elected. Elections for
elective members of any circuit judicial commission shall be held in the
office of the clerk of the circuit court of such circuit. If such
circuit shall consist of more than one county, it shall be held in the
office of the clerk of the circuit court for the county in such circuit
which has, according to the last decennial census of the United States, a
larger population than any other county in the circuit.
